If you are not satisfied with your mattress, you have the option to request a comfort exchange or refund any time after the first 30 nights of your 100-night trial period. This is the typical time required for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Please note, an $89.95 fee will apply to any comfort exchange or returned JUMP mattress. To initiate the process, simply contact a member of the team by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 1-800-915-7721 and they will assist you through the comfort exchange or return process. Please note that we only accept one comfort exchange or return per household.
