Matelas Bonheur provides free delivery almost everywhere in Quebec and Eastern Ontario either with our delivery trucks or via a transport company.*

*Additional delivery charges may apply for any delivery to a remote area. If so, a representative will contact you and we will arrange a pick up for you free of charge in one of our stores or you will have the option of canceling your order. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your mattress, you have the option to request a comfort exchange or refund any time after the first 30 nights of your 100-night trial period. This is the typical time required for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Please note, an $85 fee will apply to any comfort exchange or returned JUMP mattress. To initiate the process, simply contact a member of the team by email at info@matelasbonheur.ca or by telephone at 1-800-915-7721 and they will assist you through the comfort exchange or return process. Please note that we only accept one comfort exchange or return per household.

The core of the mattresses consists of the JUMP-ECO transition layer, which is made entirely from 100% recycled water bottles, providing a natural bounce and energy return for an unparalleled sleep experience. This is followed by the JUMP-MIX support layer, which is an upcycled foam layer made from 100% repurposed post-manufacturing foam pieces, forming a firm orthopedic support layer. The collection is finished with an environmentally friendly cover made from Repreve™ fabric, which uses up to 80 recycled plastic bottles to reduce plastic waste in landfills.
