Going to bed at the same time every night promotes sleep. The body gets used to a routine and it helps to get a better sleep quality. Some tests usually allow you find the optimum bedtime. Bedtime will be the right one when you wake up full of energy. You do not feel sleepy? I suggest you read a book in your bed, until sleep follows sooth. This is my best trick to make the transition between my busy days and my precious moments to recharge my batteries.

Knowing that I always do ten thousand things at the same time, every night before I go to bed I listen to music to relax. Not just any music, soft music, no word, spa type, or jazz for the hot summer evenings. It’s a habit I’ve had for several years. From 10 pm, I disconnect from everything that pertains to work, and screens, to relax my mind and give me a period of calm before going to bed. Stress keeps us (too) often on alert and prevents us from seeing our real fatigue. Having a relaxing routine before going to bed allows you to have a restful sleep and to be more fit every day. It’s simple, but it’s very effective!
