The positive effects will be felt after a few weeks; you'll be more rested at sunrise and will find it easier to fall asleep at night. 2- Exercise It is not always easy to find time to get moving, especially if your work schedule is not very flexible. By getting up earlier, you can take 30 minutes or 1 hour for exercise.
