Pour d&#8217;autres, la caf\u00e9ine n&#8217;est tout simplement pas faite pour eux. Bonne nouvelle! Il existe de nombreuses alternatives au caf\u00e9, qui vous permettront de bien vous r\u00e9veiller le matin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.Th\u00e9 matcha<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le th\u00e9 matcha est un d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du th\u00e9 vert, dont on a broy\u00e9 en poudre les feuilles s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Contrairement au th\u00e9, on consomme les feuilles enti\u00e8res dans le matcha, donc on obtient une concentration plus forte de caf\u00e9ine et d&#8217;antioxydants, entre autres. Son go\u00fbt qualifi\u00e9 de terreux par certain s&#8217;agr\u00e9mente tr\u00e8s bien de lait pour en faire une boisson des plus cr\u00e9meuses.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Th\u00e9 cha\u00ef<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le th\u00e9 cha\u00ef contient de la th\u00e9ine, la m\u00eame mol\u00e9cule que la caf\u00e9ine, mais en moins grande quantit\u00e9 que le caf\u00e9. Ce breuvage, pouvant autant \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9 chaud que froid, a un ar\u00f4me fort et r\u00e9confortant, en plus d&#8217;\u00eatre si cr\u00e9meux, lorsqu&#8217;on y ajoute du lait, que vous aurez l&#8217;impression de boire un caf\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Caroube<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un esp\u00e8ce d&#8217;hybride entre le chocolat chaud et le caf\u00e9, la caroube est la parfaite boisson chaude sans caf\u00e9ine. M\u00e9langez-la \u00e0 du lait et ajoutez-y un peu de miel pour un matin tout en r\u00e9confort.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Mat\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le mat\u00e9 provient d&#8217;une plante diff\u00e9rente de celle produisant le th\u00e9, mais a un effet similaire. Il est naturellement caf\u00e9in\u00e9, mais ne procure pas les effets n\u00e9gatifs du caf\u00e9, comme la hausse d&#8217;\u00e9nergie trop rapide. Racine de chicor\u00e9e<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La racine de chicor\u00e9e, comme le caf\u00e9, est r\u00f4tie, moulue, puis infus\u00e9e, sauf qu&#8217;elle ne contient aucune caf\u00e9ine. Dans toutes les alternatives propos\u00e9es, c&#8217;est celle dont le go\u00fbt se rapproche le plus de celui du caf\u00e9. On la pr\u00e9pare de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que le caf\u00e9, donc le changement est facile \u00e0 faire.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. Th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe poivr\u00e9 <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En plus de vous faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de tous les effets du th\u00e9, le th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe poivr\u00e9 \u00e0 un go\u00fbt frais et menthol\u00e9, vous laissant du m\u00eame coup une haleine toute fra\u00eeche. Fini l&#8217;haleine post-caf\u00e9 si d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. Lait d&#8217;or <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le lait d&#8217;or est une bonne alternative de boisson chaude qui ne contient absolument pas de caf\u00e9ine. On le pr\u00e9pare en m\u00e9langeant des \u00e9pices, comme le gingembre, la cannelle, le curcuma et le poivre noir. On peut \u00e9galement y ajouter de la cardamome, de la vanille ou du miel.
