Here are 5 tips that you can try from now on to get more sleep in the morning!<\/p>\n<h2>Get more sleep<\/h2>\n<h3>Go to the bathroom before bedtime<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you\u2019re the kind of person that gets up at night to go to the bathroom, try waiting until the last minute just before bedtime. You\u2019ll be earning extra sleep time in the morning!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set up a night routine<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Night routines are extremely important. When trying to get more sleep in the morning, you\u2019ll see that routines make the whole difference. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Wake up a bit later by pushing back your bedtime a couple of minutes every week.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sleep in the dark<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Many people are very sensitive to light.
