This week, we\u2019ve 3 more to share with you. We hope that they\u2019ll help you get a better sleep. You can help other parents by sharing your tips and tricks on our Facebook page or in the comments section below!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">7- Catherine at <i>La Mammif\u00e8re<\/i><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At our house, the trick for getting a good sleep is simple: cosleeping! Disturbances caused by my little guy waking up are much more brief. I feed him and then we go right back to bed. Obviously, we follow the guidelines for bed-sharing set out by Unicef. We can brag (and we hope it lasts) that we haven\u2019t yet had a sleepless night.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">8- Maman Rebelle at <i>Cocoon Bien Na\u00eetre<\/i><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To have an easier time sleeping, I advise you to take some time for yourself during the day; to take a walk or do some activity that you like, whether it\u2019s something sporty or creative doesn\u2019t matter. The important thing is that it makes you happy! As moms, we tend to put ourselves off to the side and take on too much. We\u2019re running around all day to get everything done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spoil yourself! Make an appointment for a massage, a facial, or a manicure. Go for brunch with your friends, shop, switch up your routine a bit. We need to release some of the pressure at some point. We sleep better when we\u2019re more zen. Fatigue that has accumulated takes a toll on our morale.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">9- Dominique at <i>Rabais et Coupons<\/i><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, I think I\u2019m going to make a few parents jealous here when it comes to sleep. The reason? I\u2019m a mother of teenagers, and we know that teenagers like to sleep in. But they don\u2019t sleep in too late- 8, 9, 10am at the most, which is more than enough on the weekends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And I\u2019m glad to see that my charming teens have kept the same routine that my spouse and I taught them since they were young: bath before bed (or shower) and some reading to wind down.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How do you get a good rest and sleep better as a parent?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week, we shared 6 tips from blogging moms who have lots of experience with sleepless nights.
