Returns
If you are not satisfied with your mattress, you have the option to request a comfort exchange or refund any time after the first 30 nights of your 100-night trial period. This is the typical time required for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Please note, an $85 fee will apply to any comfort exchange or returned POLYSLEEP mattress. To initiate the process, simply contact a member of the team by email at info@matelasbonheur.ca or by telephone at 1-800-915-7721 and they will assist you through the comfort exchange or return process. Please note that we only accept one comfort exchange or return per household.

Made in Montreal, the Zephyr model sets a new standard for comfort and quality with the materials used in its manufacture.
The Zephyr mattress cover is made of 88% polyester, 1% elastane and 11% organic cotton, including Nanobionic®, a high quality mesh that offers optimal ventilation.
The Zephyr mattress combines the best foams from Polysleep. The first layer is Polysleep hybrid foam, one inch high, which is infused with GelFlex Plus for a cool sleeping surface when you’re hot, and warm when you’re cold. The second layer is a ventilated, antimicrobial viscoelastic hybrid foam. The third layer provides targeted support in the middle of your body, so your pelvis doesn’t sink into the mattress when you lie down. Finally, the fourth layer is made of high-density polyurethane foam, 5.5 inches high, which provides a solid support base.
These four foams are protected by an extra-firm foam contour, which helps prevent sagging, keep your mattress in place and make it last longer.
