Matelas Bonheur provides free delivery almost everywhere in Quebec and Eastern Ontario either with our delivery trucks or via a transport company.*
For more information or if you would like to receive a delivery in another province, please call 1-800-915-7721 (7 days a week, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) so that we can evaluate the possible delivery options.
*Additional delivery charges may apply for any delivery to a remote area. If so, a representative will contact you and we will arrange a pick up for you free of charge in one of our stores or you will have the option of canceling your order. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your mattress, you have the option to request a comfort exchange or refund any time after the first 30 nights of your 100-night trial period. This is the typical time required for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Please note, an $85 fee will apply to any comfort exchange or returned JUMP mattress. To initiate the process, simply contact a member of the team by email at info@matelasbonheur.ca or by telephone at 1-800-915-7721 and they will assist you through the comfort exchange or return process. Please note that we only accept one comfort exchange or return per household.
