The Simmons Beautyrest box spring is 9 inches high for its regular base and 6 inches for the low profile.
This box spring has a unified construction of metal that prevents this model from squeaking under the effect of the movements of the sleeper. Very often, box springs are made with several pieces of metal. Over time, these pieces of metal become unseated, causing a squeak induced by the sleeper’s movement. Since the Beautyrest box spring is designed with a single piece of metal, this completely avoids this problem.
In addition, the Beautyrest model is equipped with a greater number of vertical supports than other box springs offered on the market. These additional brackets offer increased support as this box spring is designed to support Simmons mattresses which tend to be larger than the average mattress on the market. This box spring also has a 10-year warranty.
