At Matelas Bonheur we’ve done our research and have made significant investments to insure the safety of our customers and our staff. Although these measures exceed government recommendations, we believe your entire shopping journey from store to delivery should feel safe throughout. After all, sleep, safety and security make up the foundation of human needs.
Waiting Area
Upon entering, we ask you to patiently pause in our waiting area where you will be greeted by your sales associate. Each customer will be advised of the store’s protocols and will be asked to stop at the hand disinfecting station before they begin their shopping experience.
Comfort Testing
If you wish to try any of our mattresses or pillows, you will be given a certified, antimicrobial, medical grade mattress overlay that has been disinfected after each use with a government approved cleaning solution. You must keep this overlay with you during the comfort tests, until you have made your final selection.
Delivery Service
Matelas Bonheur prioritizes contactless delivery at your doorstep for your safety and that of our delivery people. However, at the request of the customer, we will offer delivery to the room of your choice with or without installation if the conditions are met (click here).
Curbside Pick-up
Should you wish to pick-up your order at one of our 19 locations, simply advise us and we will arrange to have your order delivered to your vehicle. For security reasons our staff are unable to tie down merchandise to your vehicle.
