 Full-time Positions

1. Sales Associate

Main Functions:

• Sale of mattresses and accessories 
• Follow-up of orders / customer satisfaction

This is a permanent full-time position offering 40 hours per week. For those employees demonstrating good potential, there is always the possibility of promotion to Store Manager. Matelas Bonheur offers an interesting salary package ($50,000 or more per year), group insurance and a healthy work environment.

Candidates must be perfectly bilingual (French and English) and experience would be an asset but is not mandatory. Matelas Bonheur also offers full on-site training to start you off on the right foot.

 2. Warehouse Clerk

Main Functions:

• Unloading of trucks
• Handling merchandise in the warehouse

Candidates must be punctual, resourceful, have initiative and be in good physical shape.

Work place: Distribution Centre (Pointe-Claire)

References: Two (2) must be supplied during the interview.

3. Lift Truck Operator

Main Functions:

• Placing merchandise in the warehouse using the lift truck
• Unloading mattresses from the trucks
• Handling of the merchandise in the warehouse
• Candidates must be punctual, resourceful, have initiative and be in good physical shape.

Work place: Distribution Centre (Pointe-Claire)

References: Two (2) must be supplied during the interview.

Part-time Positions

1. Sales Associate

    Main Functions:

• Sale of mattresses and accessories
• Follow-up of orders / customer satisfaction

This is a permanent part-time position offering 20 hours per week. This position is ideal for University students as can offer full-time positions during the summer.  Matelas Bonheur offers a great salary (base plus commissions).  A certain amount of mobility could be required within the Montreal areas, depending on your place of residency.

Candidates must be perfectly bilingual (French and English) and experience would be an asset but is not mandatory.  Matelas Bonheur also offers full on-site training to start you off on the right foot.

Training

Matelas Bonheur offers a complete training program for all new employees.We named, within our organization, a trainer who will explain all there is to know on how to become an excellent Sales Associate.  With his outstanding sense of organization, remarkable sales qualities and his manner of conveying information, he will no doubt make you a qualified salesperson.

Sales Handbook

A Sales Handbook is given out to all new employees joining the Matelas Bonheur sales team.  This handbook includes, amongst other things, a history of the company, the stages of a sale, sales engineering and much more.  This handbook will facilitate your training. At Matelas Bonheur we understand what adequate training represents and we take the necessary means to help you progress in our company.
