Refund policy
1. For hygienic purposes - no refund or exchange on all linen articles.
2. In the event that the consumer cancels at his request the present sales contract before the determined delivery date a 20% penalty of the total present contract will be charged for damages and interest.
Exchange/Return policy
1. Exchange/ return policy: A 20% charge will be applicable for non-damaged merchandise being exchanged after being authorized by the store manager.
2. A delivery charge of $45.00 will be applicable on exchange of non-defective merchandise or if a client is not present for the scheduled delivery.
3. If you discover damages in opening your order please call the store within 3 days of your delivery. We will repair or replace the damaged item(s). If you picked-up the item(s) in store, you must return it yourself. Our delivery trucks will exchange delivered items only.
The 90 day Comfort Guarantee! with Matelas Bonheur (specific to mattresses)
At Matelas Bonheur, our main objective is customer satisfaction. We realize that the purchase of a mattress is important and that its average life span is from 8 to 12 years. Matelas Bonheur therefore offers you a 90 day Comfort Guarantee, if the following conditions are met:
1) The consumer must keep the mattress set for a minimum period of 30 days, which is the normal adjustment period for sleeping on a new mattress.
2) This Comfort Guarantee is valid for a maximum of 90 days. It allows the consumer only one exchange on their mattress or set for a different model of equivalent or greater dollar value; with payment of the dollar difference and applicable taxes. No reimbursement.
3) In the case of an exchange, the consumer must return the mattress set in its original packaging, in good condition without any damage. If the mattress is soiled or damaged, the Comfort Guarantee is automatically null and void.
4) This Comfort Guarantee ensures you are making the best possible choice and assures you years of comfort.
5) This Comfort Guarantee is valid as of the date of delivery.
6) Transport fees applied.
Matelas Bonheur reserves the right to void this Comfort Guarantee, without any notice. The Comfort Guarantee does not apply on: GreenSleep, adjustable beds, special size mattresses, boxspring height exchanges, floor models, liquidation models, as well as models sold as is.
Sales contract conditions
1. The client must ensure that there is adequate space for the volume of merchandise purchased for delivery.
2. Limit of 6 months from the date of invoice to take delivery of the merchandise. After that time a 2% charge per month will be charged on the balance owing of the invoice and a 1% charge per month on the total of the invoice.
3. Merchandise could be delivered partially due to delays from the manufacturer.
4. Matelas Bonheur will deliver free of charge within a 200km radius from our Distribution Center located at 119 Brunswick Blvd, Pointe-Claire QC H9R 5N2. For deliveries out of this region please contact info@matelasbonheur.ca for a quotation.
